Rook Residence is a family run Bed & Breakfast situated in the Halifax/Bradford area of West Yorkshire.

We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to our guests while still maintaining affordable room pricing.

We do not have credit card facilities so payment should be made by cheque (with card guarantee number) or cash, we appreciate that you settle your bill on arrival.

Breakfast is either Full English or Continental and is included in the room price

Rooms should be vacated by 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.

For your comfort

All Bedrooms contain Coffee/Tea making facilities and Television.

Non en-suite bedrooms contain a wash basin and there is a house bathroom with bath, shower and WC per each two bedrooms.

The Dining/Breakfast room is open 24 hours for guest use and contains a sink and microwave area where guests may prepare small meals etc.

Pricing

Double room - £45 per night.

Double room with additional bed for a child - £55 per night.

Single room -  £30 first night and £25 for additional nights.

Single room en-suite -  £30 per night

Twin room with en-suite - £50 per night.

How to find us

We are not difficult to find but here are directions from the M62 motorway, junction 26.

Leave the M62 at junction 26 and follow the signs onto the M606 (short motorway). If you are traveling east (towards Hull) on the M62 you will join the M606 directly from the M62. If you are traveling west on the M62 you will join the roundabout at the end of the slip road, the M606 is the 6th exit off the roundabout.

Travel almost to the end of the M606 (approx 2 mile) and leave at the slip road just prior to the motorway going under the only bridge you will see. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Rooley Avenue dual carriageway (A6036).

Continue to the next roundabout (approx .6 mile) and take the 3rd exit onto Halifax Road (A6036).

Continue along Halifax Road for 2.3 mile, at this point there is a junction that forks off to the right and onto Shelf Hall Lane, you will have just passed the "Interface" factory before reaching this junction.

Continue along Shelf Hall Lane for 350 yards (.2 mile) and you will find us on the left hand side directly opposite Broad Ings Way.
